Tanggung Jawab
- Support the delivery of Chinese language programs by assisting in the planning and execution of age-appropriate lessons.
- Lead small group activities focused on Mandarin speaking, listening, and early literacy skills.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to adapt curriculum materials to meet the diverse needs of infant students.
- Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment that reflects Chinese cultural elements.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing detailed observations to help inform future teaching strategies.
- Assist with the preparation of learning resources, displays, and educational technology tools.
- Provide pastoral support to students, ensuring their safety, well-being, and social integration during school hours.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and school-wide cultural celebrations.
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) and strong proficiency in English.
- A recognized Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children, ideally in an international school or bilingual setting.
- A deep understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a commitment to the school’s ethos and values.
