We are seeking a highly skilled Training System Specialist to join our global operations team. Reporting directly to the Superintendent of Training Systems and Governance based in Australia, you will play a pivotal role in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our global learning ecosystems.
In this capacity, you will serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, ensuring our training infrastructure aligns with international standards and supports organizational development goals. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between global governance requirements and local operational execution, ensuring that all learning management activities are seamless, scalable, and data-driven.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer global Learning Management Systems (LMS) and associated learning ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with global training governance frameworks and standardized reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with the Australian-based Superintendent to implement system upgrades, patches, and feature deployments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and regional training stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity within training records, ensuring all compliance and certification data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system usage and training governance.
- Generate and analyze performance analytics to provide actionable insights into training effectiveness and engagement.
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors to manage system integrations and resolve complex technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration or a similar systems-focused role.
- Proven experience working in the mining, natural resources, or heavy industry sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across different time zones and cultures.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with enterprise-grade reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system governance and maintenance.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accountability to global leadership.
