- Develop and implement comprehensive HVAC insulation specifications aligned with industry standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and contractors to ensure optimal insulation solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored insulation solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
- Train and educate clients and partners on proper insulation applications and benefits
- Prepare technical documentation, including specification sheets and installation guides
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insulation specifications or technical sales
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and insulation materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with specification software and technical documentation
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship building
