Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Execute strategic business development plans to increase brand specifications in commercial and residential projects.
- Deliver technical product presentations and conduct product demonstrations for design firms and project developers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage in the paint and coating industry.
- Provide expert technical advice and support regarding product applications and color specifications.
- Prepare regular progress reports on project pipelines and conversion rates for management.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams to align project strategy with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, specifier sales, or architectural consulting.
- Proven track record of success in building relationships with high-profile design firms or construction stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian architectural and construction market.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive, and target-oriented environment.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related Business field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
