Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Deliver high-quality speech and language intervention sessions in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate closely with a trans-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers and families to facilitate effective home-based intervention.
- Participate in regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development training.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols to optimize outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is mandatory.
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and cognitive-communication assessment and intervention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passion for working with diverse populations in a community or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
