Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement personalized speech and language intervention plans for children in early childhood stages.
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions focusing on language acquisition, articulation, and social communication skills.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting pedagogical approaches as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency between learning sessions and home environments.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support neurodivergent students and those with developmental delays.
- Maintain organized records of developmental milestones and therapy metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood speech-language pathology.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Allied Health Professions Council).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy or early childhood education.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate young children through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with families.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a private caseload effectively.
