Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for clients across various age groups.
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical notes accurately, and adjust intervention strategies as required.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, occupational therapists, and educators.
- Provide expert counseling and education to clients, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic goals.
- Participate in case conferences and internal training programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards set by the AHPC.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.
- Proven clinical experience in various settings (pediatric, geriatric, or acute care is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse clinical caseload.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with industry innovations.
