Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for diverse patient populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
- Provide direct therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Train patients and families in compensatory strategies and home exercise programs
- Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems effectively
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Participate in case conferences and contribute to discharge planning
- Stay current with latest research and therapeutic techniques in speech pathology
Kualifikasi
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current license to practice as Speech Therapist in Singapore
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation settings
- Certification in dysphagia management and/or AAC preferred
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills across pediatric and adult populations
- Excellent interpersonal communication and patient education abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation systems
- Commitment to continuing professional development
