As a Speech Therapist at Siloam Hospitals, you will play a vital role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other specialists to develop personalized care plans that significantly improve our patients' quality of life. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about patient-centered care and driven to achieve the best clinical outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient communication and swallowing capabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to specific patient needs and diagnosis.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and voice disorders.
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
- Educate patients and their families regarding home therapy exercises and communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (Logopedia).
- Must possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for Speech Therapists.
- Proven clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of diagnostic techniques and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse medical team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to medical ethics.
