Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize sales performance in designated Bandung territory to achieve monthly targets and incentive bonuses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with grassroots retailers, warungs, and local distributors
- Conduct daily store visits to ensure product availability and proper merchandising
- Execute promotional activities and product demonstrations at point-of-sale locations
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Manage inventory monitoring and stock rotation at assigned retail outlets
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent education
- 1+ years of sales or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and reliable personal transportation
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry
- Physical ability to conduct daily field visits and outdoor activities
