In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand, engaging directly with consumers to promote specialized nutrition products. Your primary responsibility will be managing the promotional booth, ensuring it remains organized and welcoming. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for explaining product features, benefits, and answering inquiries to drive sales. - Operate and maintain the promotional booth effectively according to the scheduled timetable.
- Greet and welcome customers warmly to create a positive first impression of the brand.
- Explain product features, ingredients, and benefits to potential customers clearly and persuasively.
- Assist customers in selecting the right nutrition products based on their needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the booth at all times.
- Record daily sales data and customer feedback accurately.
- Adhere strictly to company dress codes and brand guidelines during shifts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or as an SPG is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and Nationality.
