Staffinc Group is currently seeking a motivated and proactive SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) for Specialized Nutrition Products to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the face of our premium nutrition brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving brand awareness at our retail booths.
You will play a pivotal role in educating customers about the benefits of our specialized nutrition line, ensuring that every visitor to our booth receives expert advice and top-tier service. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and maintain the product promotional booth in accordance with brand standards and schedules.
- Actively engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Drive sales performance to achieve daily and monthly store targets.
- Manage inventory levels at the booth and perform regular stock checks.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management team.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to ensure a positive brand image.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an SPG, Brand Ambassador, or in retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging personality.
- Willing to work on a shift basis and during weekends/holidays.
- Well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
- Strong interest in health, wellness, and specialized nutrition products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated to hit sales targets.
