Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell products effectively across 4 assigned retail stores in Yogyakarta
- Provide excellent customer service and product information to drive sales conversions
- Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize product displays and store aesthetics
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with store management
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform product strategies
- Maintain professional appearance and brand representation at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable personality
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple store locations in Yogyakarta
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory management systems
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work weekends and retail hours as required
