Tanggung Jawab
- Introduce and demonstrate CAT products with technical expertise to drive sales conversions
- Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies in assigned retail outlets
- Build rapport with customers through consultative selling and product knowledge sharing
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer feedback documentation
- Collaborate with store management to optimize product visibility and placement
- Ensure brand compliance and visual merchandising standards are upheld
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Strong product demonstration abilities and persuasive selling techniques
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Professional appearance and brand ambassador qualities
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory tracking
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
