Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SPGs (Sales Promotion Girls/Boys) to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor store performance and operational quality within the assigned education retail outlets.
- Develop and implement effective in-store sales strategies to boost product awareness and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular sales reports, inventory updates, and performance analytics for senior management.
- Ensure that all team members are fully trained on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and resolve operational issues on the retail floor.
- Maintain excellent relationships with store managers and relevant stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management is a plus).
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior SPG in the retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Willing to be mobile and travel across different retail locations within Jakarta Raya.
- A genuine interest or background in the education/educational tools industry is highly preferred.
