Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Penang and Northern Region to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, orthopedic specialists, and hospital administrators.
- Present and demonstrate medical spine products and devices to potential clients effectively, highlighting key benefits and technical features.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing team to provide feedback on customer needs and product performance.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates on a regular basis to track performance.
- Attend medical conferences, product training sessions, and networking events to stay updated on industry developments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Science, Medicine, Business-related disciplines, or Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and own transport (crucial for extensive travel within the region).
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Penang and Northern Region.
- Passion for the medical device industry and a genuine desire to help healthcare professionals improve patient care.
