- Identify and research potential sponsors through market analysis and networking

- Monitor sponsorship performance and ROI through KPI tracking
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key sponsor contacts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sponsorship, sales, or partnership development
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
