Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physiological assessments and athlete monitoring programs to evaluate fitness levels and recovery status.
- Analyze performance biomarkers and physiological data to identify trends and adjust training loads accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with coaching staff to develop tailored training strategies that maximize performance and minimize injury risk.
- Provide expert consultation on nutrition, hydration, and recovery techniques to support athlete well-being.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory and field testing equipment to ensure data accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest research in exercise physiology and integrate innovative methodologies into training protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Science, Physiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a high-performance sports setting or clinical physiology environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software and physiological testing equipment (e.g., VO2 max testing, blood analysis).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Certification as a Sports Scientist or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
