We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sports Desk Reception & Member Services professional to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our facility, serving as the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your primary mission is to create an exceptional, welcoming environment that encourages member retention and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses a polished professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily desk operations, handle inquiries, and ensure our sports facilities run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the sports desk, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to all members and guests.
- Manage front-desk operations including member check-ins, facility bookings, and equipment rentals.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding memberships, sports schedules, and service offerings.
- Process payments accurately and maintain organized records of daily financial transactions and reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the premium standards of our facility.
- Assist in the coordination of sports programs, events, and workshops as required.
- Escalate member feedback or operational issues to management promptly to ensure quick resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service roles, preferably within a sports or fitness environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse members.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) and POS systems.
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding scheduling and financial documentation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Professional presentation and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
