- Plan, coordinate, and execute sports events at Bugis MRT venue
- Develop event concepts aligned with client objectives and audience preferences
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for seamless event execution
- Oversee on-site operations during weekends and special events
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or sports industry
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
