Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial spray painting machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure a flawless finish.
- Monitor paint viscosity, spray gun settings, and air pressure to maintain consistent color and texture.
- Perform regular quality control checks on finished products to identify and rectify any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Fine Arts, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industrial spray painting or surface finishing.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, color mixing, and application techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
