Epsindo Jaya Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SPS Group Leader to join our operations team in Kalimantan Utara. As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) operations and ensuring peak performance of our pumping systems in the field.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong technical background in field operations and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance to the field team, resolve complex operational challenges, and ensure all activities align with safety and efficiency standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise field operations teams to ensure seamless execution of ESP installations and maintenance.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for VSD (Variable Speed Drive) and SWB (Switchboard) controllers.
- Monitor and analyze ESP system performance data to optimize production and extend run-life.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Mentor and train junior technicians on technical operational procedures and safety practices.
- Manage field reports and coordinate with clients to address technical concerns promptly.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential operational risks to minimize system downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) industry.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role within an oil and gas or similar technical environment.
- In-depth technical knowledge of VSD and SWB controller configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in remote field locations.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Relevant technical certifications or diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields are highly preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Kalimantan Utara and work in field-based operational environments.
