Tanggung Jawab
- Perform proactive preventive and reactive corrective maintenance on Sputter/PVD equipment to ensure high uptime and throughput.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, vacuum, RF, and control system issues on thin-film deposition tools.
- Conduct regular equipment performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization to enhance process stability and yield.
- Collaborate with process and manufacturing teams to resolve equipment-related production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procure necessary components, and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Participate in equipment installation, qualification, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects (CIPs).
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to technicians on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, specifically with Sputter, PVD, or Thin Film deposition systems within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of vacuum technology, plasma physics, RF systems, and thin-film deposition processes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with various types of Sputter/PVD equipment, such as those from Anelva, Applied Materials, or similar platforms.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools for equipment performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
