PT Alam Mulya is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SPV Accounting (Accounting Supervisor) to oversee our financial operations in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting activities, from managing accounts payable and receivable to ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. You will ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/26/Final) and compliance with PSAK standards. As a leader, you will supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing critical insights that guide business strategy. Your expertise in internal controls will be vital in safeguarding company assets and ensuring operational integrity. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in accounting and reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with PSAK and company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including the calculation, reporting, and payment of PPh 21, PPh 23/26, PPh Final, and PPN (VAT).
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of junior accountants, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and tax inspections.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control procedures and accounting policies.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Holding a Tax Brevet A/B certification is a distinct advantage.
