Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Manage financial reporting including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Develop and implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Professional certification (e.g., Ak, BKP) is preferred
