Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations within the assigned area to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor frontline staff to maintain high service standards and peak performance.
- Monitor and enforce all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, or complaints promptly to ensure maximum visitor satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with management to report performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Manage inventory or equipment usage within the designated zone to prevent loss and maintain functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a similar operational role (experience in retail or hospitality is preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and administrative documentation.
- Flexible, disciplined, and able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
