In this pivotal role, you will be the technical lead responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex automation systems that drive our client's manufacturing and operational efficiency.

You will not only manage PLC programming lifecycles but also provide high-level mentorship to junior technicians and ensure that every project adheres to strict safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end development, testing, and deployment of PLC-based automation systems.
- Develop and optimize complex PLC programs (Ladder Logic, FBD, ST) for industrial machinery.
- Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HMI, SCADA, and field instrumentation.
- Ensure all automation projects comply with company safety protocols and international industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Provide detailed technical reports, documentation, and maintenance schedules for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in major PLC platforms such as Siemens (TIA Portal), Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000), Schneider Electric, or Mitsubishi.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical circuits and automation control panels.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage project timelines and on-site contractors.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
