Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise engineering and quality control operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality electrical panels
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and quality control technicians
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical panels
- Address and resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure product specifications are met
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and reports
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with industry standards for electrical panels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
