Daosheng Communication is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SPV Finance to join our growing team in Medan. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure accounting accuracy, and provide strategic financial insights to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a deep proficiency in financial softwareâspecifically Accurateâwho thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As our Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for streamlining financial reporting, managing cash flow, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations. You will lead a small team to ensure that all transactional data is processed accurately and timely, serving as a key partner to management in financial decision-making processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance using Accurate software.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review.
- Oversee tax compliance and ensure timely preparation of tax reports (PPN, PPh 21/23/25, etc.).
- Monitor and control company budgets, identifying areas for cost optimization and financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to provide accurate financial forecasting and budgeting support.
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff to ensure high-performance standards and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Expert proficiency in Accurate software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle financial data with high confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Advanced level).
