Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily depot operations including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy
- Coordinate with sales team to support distribution plans and promotions
- Monitor KPIs including delivery times, inventory turnover, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company operational standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or warehouse management
- Proven leadership experience in supervisory or team lead roles
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic warehouse management software
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and operational goals
