Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily floor and bar operations to maintain service standards
- Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and customer service
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Create promotional concepts aligned with brand identity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate inventory management and stock optimization
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory/management roles
- Experience in F&B operations preferred
- Digital marketing campaign experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
