PT GLOBAL MUARA TEKNIK is a growing leader in technical services, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled SPV (Pelaksana MEP) to join our dynamic team in Purwakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
As an MEP Supervisor, you will lead field teams, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure that technical designs are executed accurately on-site. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily MEP field activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Lead and mentor on-site technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to resolve technical challenges during installation.
- Conduct regular inspections of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure quality control.
- Manage material resources and tools effectively to minimize waste and optimize project budget.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Ensure all installations strictly adhere to local safety regulations and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in MEP supervision or field execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP system components, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in using MS Office for reporting and project tracking.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of field workers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.
- Willingness to be stationed in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
