Are you a seasoned leader in the Food & Beverage industry? Jendela Kuliner Bersama is seeking a dynamic SPV Regional F&B to spearhead our operational excellence across the vibrant Jabodetabek region. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the strategic growth and seamless execution of our expanding portfolio, including our flagship brands Kopi Nako and Kanma Office.
As the Regional Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our service standards and team development. You will manage regional budgets, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure that every location delivers an exceptional culinary experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards for all F&B outlets in the Jabodetabek area.
- Manage regional financial performance, including P&L analysis, budget forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and train store managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence and consistency.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand identity and quality protocols for Kopi Nako and Kanma Office.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement processes to minimize waste and maximize profit.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement necessary operational improvements.
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in F&B management or regional supervision.
- Proven track record of leading a team and successfully managing multiple outlets.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and inventory control.
- Familiarity with operational systems and point-of-sale management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Indonesian with proficiency in English preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is required for regional travel.
