- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in Food Service channels
- Develop strategic sales plans for Bakery & Industry verticals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy optimization
- Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards for leadership
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in Food Service or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of bakery/industrial food distribution networks
