Dana Purna Investama is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor Teknisi (MEP & HVAC) to join our facilities management team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, maintenance, and technical integrity of building systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a specialized focus on HVAC operations to ensure optimal building performance and occupant comfort.
As a supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and act as the primary responder for technical troubleshooting. We are looking for a proactive professional who is committed to safety protocols, efficiency, and continuous improvement in building facility management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure all MEP and HVAC systems are functioning at peak performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for building equipment.
- Manage plumbing system repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC maintenance (AC units, chillers, and ventilation).
- Coordinate with building management and vendors to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage utility consumption to optimize building energy efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on facility conditions, maintenance costs, and equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or senior technician role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling towers, plumbing installations, and electrical distribution.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and be available for on-call emergencies.
