Are you a passionate hair styling expert with a flair for leadership? Cantik Group is looking for an experienced SPV Trainer & Hairdresser to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will not only showcase your exceptional hairstyling techniques but also take charge of mentoring and developing our junior staff to maintain the high standards our clients expect.
As an SPV Trainer, you will act as the bridge between management and the floor, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and staff skill development. If you are creative, results-oriented, and dedicated to elevating the professional beauty industry, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional-grade haircuts, styling, and color treatments according to client preferences and latest trends.
- Develop and conduct regular training modules for junior staff to enhance their technical hairdressing skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the salon team to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily salon floor operations, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
- Provide expert consultations to clients, recommending suitable styles and hair care products.
- Implement operational SOPs to improve salon efficiency and service output.
- Maintain records of inventory and product usage to ensure optimal stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Hairdresser/Stylist.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior training role within the beauty or salon industry.
- Deep understanding of hair coloring, cutting techniques, and chemical treatments.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with a patient teaching approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Certification in cosmetology or vocational training in hairdressing is highly preferred.
