Are you ready to shape the future of logistics in Southeast Asia? Shopee is seeking a high-energy, ambitious Business Development Intern to join our SPX Express team for a Summer 2026 Growth Project. In this internship, you will be embedded within the Business Development team, focusing on high-impact projects that optimize merchant acquisition, improve last-mile delivery efficiency, and enhance the overall SPX Express ecosystem. You will gain direct exposure to data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and the fast-paced nature of the e-commerce logistics industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and merchant segments for SPX Express.
- Assist in the development and execution of growth strategies to increase logistics penetration.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable optimization solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to implement expansion initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding project milestones and KPIs.
- Support the merchant onboarding process to ensure seamless service integration.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to innovate on delivery solutions and value-added services.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internships in Sales, Business Development, or E-commerce logistics is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and ambiguous work environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology-driven logistics.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performance team.
