Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end client communications, serving as the primary point of contact for project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s client portfolio and revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, design, and production teams to ensure project alignment with client brand identity.
- Conduct professional presentations and pitch sessions to win new accounts and upsell services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insightful reporting to clients to demonstrate ROI.
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitable delivery of all creative campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role, preferably within a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media landscapes, and creative production workflows.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or HubSpot).
