Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and review of high-quality civil and structural design drawings and BIM models.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with international and local engineering codes.
- Manage BIM workflows, including model development and coordination meetings.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations for various building types.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for constructability and design intent.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional License (Engr./PE) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil and structural design.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Revit or Tekla Structures.
- Strong command of AutoCAD and structural analysis tools (e.g., Staad.Pro, ETABS).
- Proven track record in managing design-and-build projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
