- Develop and implement workforce optimization strategies focusing on scheduling, forecasting, and real-time analysis
- Analyze historical and current workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create predictive models to support decision-making processes and resource allocation
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align workforce strategies with organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on workforce efficiency and productivity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce management practices
- Train and mentor junior analysts on workforce optimization methodologies and tools
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in workforce management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce optimization, workforce management, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and scheduling algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with workforce management software (e.g., Verint, Calabrio, NICE)
- Proven track record of implementing successful workforce optimization initiatives
