Soosung Engineering Co., Ltd. is looking for passionate Sr and Jr Architectural Engineers to join our team in Metro Manila. We are committed to delivering excellence in railway infrastructure, and we are seeking candidates who can bridge the gap between creative design and functional engineering. In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive design of railway stations, depots, and associated infrastructure. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every architectural element meets rigorous safety standards while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Your day-to-day activities will include site visits, preparation of detailed drawings, and collaboration with structural engineers to integrate systems seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Designing architectural layouts and floor plans for railway stations, depots, and related infrastructure.
- Conducting site visits and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and specifications using CAD software.
- Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborating with structural, civil, and MEP engineers to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation during the design phase.
- Providing technical support and supervision to junior staff and contractors on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Proven experience in railway or transit infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building methods, and design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid Professional Architectural License (if applicable in the Philippines).
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and translate them into design concepts.
