Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex BI dashboards and automated reports to monitor global supply chain KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify bottlenecks, forecast inventory trends, and optimize logistics performance.
- Maintain data integrity within ERP and BI systems, ensuring accuracy across all supply chain reports.
- Develop scalable data models to support decision-making for inventory management and vendor performance.
- Lead the migration of legacy reporting processes into modern, cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Provide training and technical guidance to junior analysts and business users on BI tools and data utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, or supply chain analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including demand planning, inventory control, and logistics.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and experience with ETL processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-impact, data-driven business solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data findings for non-technical leadership.
