Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key 3PL clients, managing inquiries and providing timely operational solutions.
- Monitor and track order fulfillment processes, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly performance reports for management and client review.
- Manage documentation, including invoices, shipping manifests, and inventory records, with high attention to detail.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to drive operational efficiency within the logistics workflow.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external partners to maintain supply chain transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Business Support, or Operations within a 3PL or Logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle diverse stakeholder interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Prior experience in the Tuas logistics hub is highly advantageous.
