Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for assigned categories aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and optimize supplier relationships
- Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement value-driven solutions
- Manage supplier performance metrics, risk assessments, and continuous improvement programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure procurement compliance
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes through technology adoption
- Maintain compliance with ethical sourcing policies and international trade regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive procurement/category management experience in multinational environments
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification highly desirable
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and regional market practices in APAC
