Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for facilities procurement, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms, contracts, and performance agreements
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation, cost optimization, and operational resilience
- Analyze market dynamics, spend data, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to integrate procurement strategies with facility development plans
- Implement category management best practices including total cost of ownership analysis, supplier segmentation, and KPI tracking
- Drive sustainability initiatives and ethical sourcing practices across the facilities supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in category management leadership roles
- Proven expertise in facilities procurement, indirect spend categories, or complex supply chain environments
- Advanced negotiation skills with demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar supplier contracts
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in spend analysis tools and procurement technologies
- Strategic thinker with experience developing category roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar procurement certification preferred
