In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the quality assurance and clinical efficiency of our ClinCheck treatment planning software.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze complex orthodontic treatment plans to ensure adherence to clinical excellence standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams regarding ClinCheck software optimization.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot recurring technical issues to improve overall platform performance.
- Collaborate with international teams to align on best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Conduct quality audits on treatment plan outputs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training on new software updates and clinical protocols.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and throughput in a deadline-driven production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dental digital imaging, orthodontics, or a similar clinical environment.
- Proven expertise in ClinCheck software or similar digital treatment planning platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized medical software platforms.
