Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for complex components using CAD/CAM software.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior operators and technicians on the shop floor.
- Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions and oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all manufactured parts adhere to stringent quality standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support new product introduction (NPI) processes.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, including setup, operation, and programming (G-Code/M-Code).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, Mastercam, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting CNC equipment and optimizing production cycles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team in an MNC environment.
