Capital One is seeking a dedicated Sr. Coordinator for Bank Operations - KYC (Know Your Customer) to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring our Retail Bank remains compliant with stringent Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and internal risk policies.
As a Sr. Coordinator, you will perform high-level due diligence, verifying customer documentation, and analyzing risk profiles to maintain the safety and soundness of our banking ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive KYC and AML reviews for retail banking customers, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze complex identity documentation to verify authenticity and detect potential discrepancies or red flags.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for high-net-worth or high-risk accounts as defined by AML policies.
- Maintain impeccable record-keeping and data integrity within internal banking systems and operational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and escalate suspicious activities to the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) team.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates on operational KPIs and backlogs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting efficiency enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Bank Operations, KYC/AML, or back-office compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of local and international AML/CTF regulatory frameworks and KYC best practices.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures with high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with banking CRM or compliance software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to maintain focus and quality under high-pressure, high-volume workloads.
