Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary strategic analytics consultant for internal stakeholders, translating complex business problems into clear data-driven project requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate data sources into a unified analytical framework.
- Present high-level analytical findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership through compelling storytelling.
- Standardize data collection and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability across the organization.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling, SQL optimization, and visualization techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar strategic analytics role.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong command of programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business change through data-backed insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
