Shearwater Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a visionary Sr. Director for Data & Process Excellence to drive our organizational strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the organization’s analytics, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will define the roadmap for data-driven decision-making, ensuring that our operations are not only efficient but also scalable and compliant with industry standards.
As the leader of our Data & Process Excellence function, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement across the enterprise. You will work closely with executive leadership to identify key performance indicators, implement advanced analytical tools, and streamline complex business processes. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel growth and enhance the patient/member experience. - Develop and oversee a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term business goals and KPIs.
- Lead the design and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean, across all departments.
- Establish robust performance management systems to track, analyze, and report on organizational metrics.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data analysts and process improvement specialists.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through the establishment of governance frameworks and best practices.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in management, process improvement, and data analytics.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel for data extraction and modeling.
- Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or other quality improvement frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and achieving measurable performance improvements.
